Terms of service

By commissioning me (the artist), you are accepting my terms of service and agreeing to be bound by the provisions of this agreement. Additionally, you are subject to any rules applicable to my services, which may be posted and modified at any time.If you do not agree to these terms, then do not commission me. Period.

> Artist and client rights are common sense; do not harass me, do not ghost me, do not lie or scam me, things of that nature. I will keep you updated upon requesting any, I will provide the services paid for, I will keep all of your information private, etc etc. Use your brain.> Only commission me if you are an adult. This should go without saying.> I do not enjoy drawing humans and don't feel like my current abilities are good enough regarding human anatomy and expressions. You may commission it anyways, just keep in mind that it will take much longer to do. I'm working on expanding my abilities more when I'm able.> Payment is taken upfront; deposits are taken on a case by case basis. I accept payment through Ko-fi primarily; Paypal is only to be used if you are not US-based as it's fees are astronomical.> Due to current life situations, refunds of any kind cannot be offered. Please only commission me if you're 100% sure you can afford it. I do not want my financial struggles to be the cause of someone else's. Alternatively, if you falsely charge me back, I will find every avenue to make your life literal hell.> Visual references only, please. Solely written descriptions will incur fees, unclear ones will be declined outright. This does not apply to commissions where I'm designing something for you, of course.> I don't work with deadlines as my health is too poor to rush and my entire life has been a sequence of horrific events back to back, it often feels like.
