Once the full price of the commission has been agreed upon, the client must send payment via invoice.Prices in excess of one thousand (1000$ USD) can be paid through payment plans. Any lower must be paid in full, unless discussed otherwise in private.Refunds are on a case by case basis; generally speaking, I do not offer refunds as payment goes immediately towards bills, family, and the like. Likewise, forced chargebacks will be met with a ban, a public blacklist, and a warning of your practices spread to as many artist beware sites as possible.I only hold legal ownership of my work, not the IPs (intellectual properties) present.During the course of a commission, I, the artist, will most likely work on personal projects/non-commission work as to avoid burn-out and to keep art block at bay. Do not complain if I do this - it is to keep your finished product up to my personal standards. I will not make work that I, myself, would not like for ANY clients.While I offer free edits at a commission's sketching stage, any requested edits after finalizations will require a fee. This does NOT include edits that were mistakes on my part (ie: missed information on a reference sheet or in prior discussions). If edits become excessive, I am within my rights to charge either a) further fees, or b) the cost of a new commission. This is at my discretion and will be discussed with the client.As of right now (January 16, 2021), I DO NOT offer rush orders of any kind.As of right now (January 16, 2021), I DO NOT accept commissions of characters that do not have clearly drawn references.My art may not be used in any crypto-based transactions; any attempt to do so will be met with appropriate legal action.

If the client is paying after work is completed, a deposit amount must be paid before work is started. This is based on a percentage of the full cost; the rest should be paid after work is completed and shown to the client. The deposit amount CANNOT be returned.The client CANNOT resell my work for more than 75% of it's inital cost. The Client CANNOT use my work in a commercial setting [ie: sell the images as stickers, posters, etc]. The client CAN use my work to create anything for their own PERSONAL use. PERSONAL USE includes edits and alterations, so long as my signature is left intact and credit is fairly given. Reposting in full is strictly prohibited.The client will be given at least one WIP (work in progress) at the sketching stage to ensure the composition is correct. This is the only time edits will be allowed freely. DO NOTE: some commission types will not include WIPs as they're meant to be rapidly finished / done in one go. This will be indicated under the commission type itself!The client cannot harass me at any point during the commission process. If this occurs, the client will be blocked/banned from further contact and no refunds will be offered. Additionally, any completed work will be forfeited from the commissioner's ownership and repurposed elsewhere.ALL personal information shared between a client is private. This includes but is not limited to: paypal addresses/information, billing information, legal names, age, etc. The only information that may become public is the commissioned work itself and/or shared WIPs. This is fully to the client's discretion.If I am ghosted by a client, all work will be halted and, if the wait is in excess and the commission was not paid, the client forfeits their rights to whatever work was completed. This is at my own discretion; emergencies on the client's part will be honored [funerals, accidents requiring an extended hospital stay, etc].
